Designed for use by both trained medical professionals and lay rescuers with no prior experience, the AED Saver 1 removes hesitation from the resuscitation process ? automatically assessing heart rhythm, determining whether defibrillation is required, and delivering the appropriate energy level without delay.

Compliant with EU Medical Device Directive 93/42/CEE Class IIb and IEC/EN 60601-2-4 standards, the AED Saver 1 meets internationally recognised benchmarks for sensitivity (97%) and specificity (99%) in cardiac rhythm analysis.

Adaptive Biphasic Waveform Technology

The AED Saver 1 uses an Adaptive Biphasic Truncated Exponential (BTE) waveform that automatically adjusts shock delivery based on the patient’s chest impedance ? optimising defibrillation effectiveness across a wide range of patients. Multiple shock protocols are available:

• Adult Standard: 150J ? 200J ? 200J (escalating)
• Adult Power: 200J ? 250J ? 360J (escalating)
• Pediatric: 50J fixed (standard or power mode)

The device analyses heart rhythm in just 4?15 seconds, charges in ?9 seconds with a new battery, and operates across an impedance range of 20?200 ohms.
