The SA-232X Series table top autoclave uses microprocessor control to automatically manage the sterilization cycle, starting timing only once the set temperature is fully reached. Sterilization pressure is adjustable from 0.9?2.1 kg/cm? associated with temperatures of 115?C?134?C, and preset cycle times of 4, 15, or 30 minutes can be selected depending on the substance being sterilized. The stainless steel sheathed heater is designed for easy maintenance and long service life, and the unit conforms to 93/42/EEC quality certifications.
Flexible Sterilization for Wrapped, Unwrapped, and Liquid Loads
The SA-232X sterilizes a wide range of loads in its 16-litre (230mm ? 400mm depth) stainless steel chamber. For wrapped instruments: 121?C for 30 minutes or 134?C for 15 minutes. For unwrapped instruments: 121?C for 15 minutes or 134?C for 4 minutes. Liquids can also be processed within the specified temperature and pressure ranges, making the SA-232X a versatile sterilization solution for dental practices, clinics, laboratories, and medical facilities.
Comprehensive Safety Devices for Operator Protection
The SA-232X is equipped with six safety systems: over-heat shutout, safety valve, release valve, emergency exhaust valve, door safety holder, and pressure control switch. These devices work together to protect the operator and prevent dangerous pressure build-up during the sterilization cycle. Operating on 220?240V at 1.5 kW, the unit is CE-MDD certified and supplied with a sterilization box and tray as standard accessories.
