The Creative SP20 measures SpO₂ (blood oxygen saturation), pulse rate, and perfusion index simultaneously, with an optional infrared thermometer module adding body temperature measurement (32.0°C–43.0°C, ±0.2°C accuracy). Its 3.5-inch colour TFT LCD displays the SpO₂ waveform (plethysmograph), pulse bar, and PI% in real time, giving clinicians immediate visual feedback at the point of care. Three patient modes — adult, paediatric, and neonatal/infant foot measurement — make it suitable across a full spectrum of clinical settings, from hospital wards and paediatric units to home care monitoring.

Wireless Connectivity and Data Management

Built-in Bluetooth connects the SP20 wirelessly to Android devices, iPhones, and Windows PCs, enabling real-time data streaming and remote monitoring. The device stores up to 500 hours of SpO₂ trending data internally, which can be reviewed and exported via the included PC software for documentation and clinical analysis. Alarm functions alert clinicians to SpO₂ or pulse rate values outside preset thresholds, and the device is compatible with Nellcor, Nonin, and BCI DB9 SpO₂ probes, providing flexibility in probe selection and replacement.
