Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic Operation
The semi-automatic model (SM1-B1001) analyses the patient’s ECG and charges automatically when a shockable rhythm is detected, prompting the operator to press the shock button. The fully automatic model (SM2-B1002) delivers the shock after a 5-second countdown vocal prompt ? no button press required. Both models feature step-by-step voice instructions, a built-in CPR metronome to guide compression rate, and LED arrays for device status, pad placement, patient contact, and adult/paediatric mode confirmation.

The lithium battery (12VDC) supports up to 200 complete rescue cycles or up to 4 years of standby life with daily self-tests. An optional micro SDHC card (up to 32 GB) enables ECG trace and rescue data storage, reviewable via SaverViewExpress software. The device is upgradeable via USB or memory card.
