ABS Construction, Five-Drawer Central Locking, and Hygienic Design

The VM-ET5ABSC (SKR054-ET) is constructed from virgin ABS material — a high-strength, non-porous thermoplastic that resists chemical disinfectants and supports thorough decontamination between clinical events. The trolley body measures 750 × 475 × 920 mm and houses five deep drawers fitted with internal partitions, allowing resuscitation medications, airway consumables, and clinical instruments to be separated and immediately located under pressure. A single central locking mechanism secures all five drawers simultaneously, maintaining controlled access to medications and emergency supplies between patient events. Drawer card holders are designed to insert from the underside of each drawer, eliminating horizontal ledges that trap debris and simplifying routine cleaning. The countertop work surface is intentionally narrower than the trolley base to reduce collision risk during rapid ward movement, with armrests on both sides and a transparent soft glass panel to protect and display surface contents.

Full Emergency Configuration — Defibrillator Shelf, CPR Board, IV Pole, and Oxygen Bottle Holder

The SKR054-ET is factory-configured for complete resuscitation readiness. A dedicated defibrillator shelf is included as standard, and its mounting position is interchangeable with the IV pole column to accommodate different department layouts. The IV pole inserts directly into the main body column rather than requiring a separate floor stand, saving space in confined resuscitation bays. The retractable oxygen bottle holder is inserted into the trolley body and secured by a belt, folding flush when not in use and eliminating the lateral footprint of a freestanding cylinder carrier. A sharp container is included and can be positioned on either the left or right side of the trolley to match operator preference and ward layout. Two waste baskets in two distinct colours support clinical waste classification without additional infrastructure, and a movable, detachable power outlet with a 5-metre cable is positioned above the CPR board — providing electrical access for defibrillators and suction units without tethering the trolley to a fixed wall socket.

Mobility, Castor System, and Clinical Deployment

Four 125 mm noiseless castors — two fitted with individual brakes — support stable, low-noise mobility across hard ward floors. Castor shells are manufactured from high-strength polyurethane with an anti-winding hard-shell design, unitised without bolts, and rated for 30 km of service life. The four vertical columns of the trolley frame are aligned on the same axis as the castors, ensuring the trolley remains stable even when all drawers are fully extended and loaded.
