The VM-4.631.BB008 (T6) is powered by a noise-free turbine that delivers constant ventilation without dependence on piped medical gas, making it deployable in ICU rooms, emergency rescue environments, and pre-hospital transport scenarios where compressed gas supply cannot be guaranteed. The turbine provides maximum flow exceeding 180 L/min with rapid heat dissipation, sustaining consistent performance across extended transport times and demanding clinical environments. Fifteen ventilation modes span the full spectrum of invasive and non-invasive respiratory support: IPPV, V-SIMV, PCV, P-A/C, P-SIMV, PRVC, PRVC-SIMV, CPAP/PSV, BiPPV, APRV, nCPAP, nCPAP-PC, CPR, and HFNC — providing ICU-grade ventilatory flexibility in a 6.5 kg platform designed for one-hand carry. Tidal volume adjusts from 2 to 2500ml, making the T6 appropriate for neonates (from birth weight), infants, children, and adults without requiring a separate paediatric or neonatal device.

Parameter Ranges, Internal PEEP, and Smart CPR Mode

Respiratory rate is adjustable from 0 to 150 bpm, inspiratory time from 0.2 to 10 seconds, inspiratory pressure from 1 to 90 cmH2O, PEEP from 0 to 40 cmH2O, FiO2 from 21% to 100%, and I:E ratio from 1:9 to 9:1 — covering the physiological requirements of all patient weight classes and clinical acuity levels from high-flow nasal cannula support through to full ICU-grade controlled ventilation. An internal PEEP valve is integrated, eliminating the need for a separate external valve during transport. Multi-parameter audible and visual alarms are active across all modes. The Amoul Smart CPR mode provides real-time visual and audible guidance calibrated to both AHA and ERC guidelines, enabling the T6 to remain in circuit during cardiac arrest without a mode change — supporting uninterrupted ventilation during resuscitation.

Display, Portability, Connectivity, and Optional EtCO2

The 10.4″ colour touch screen presents waveforms, loops, monitoring parameters, and trends in large, clearly legible fonts designed for rapid clinical assessment in variable lighting conditions including emergency vehicle interiors and pre-hospital environments. A quick automatic self-test on startup confirms device readiness before patient connection. The T6’s IPX4 waterproof and weather-resistant rating supports operation in rain, humidity, and field conditions. 5G connectivity enables remote monitoring and hospital system integration during transport. Optional mainstream EtCO2 monitoring using Respironics technology provides real-time CO2 measurement without a separate capnography device, supporting ventilation titration during transport and at the bedside.
