The Rossmax MW701F “XL” Deluxe Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor (VM-BPMRMMW701F) uses Real Fuzzy Technology to intelligently determine the optimal cuff inflation pressure for each individual measurement, improving accuracy and patient comfort across varying arm sizes and cardiovascular profiles. Irregular Heartbeat Detection (IHB) identifies abnormal pulse patterns during measurement and flags them on the display, prompting the user to seek clinical review if irregularity persists. Cuff Detection confirms correct cuff positioning before inflation begins, and Movement Detection monitors for body movement during the reading — both functions reducing the risk of erroneous results in routine clinical or self-monitoring use. A hypertension risk indicator provides an immediate visual classification of the measured blood pressure against established WHO thresholds.

Display, Memory, and Averaging Functions

Results are presented on a large XL LCD measuring 101 × 118mm, providing clear digit readability across a wide range of viewing conditions. The MW701F stores 120 measurements split across two user profiles, each record stamped with date and time, supporting long-term serial monitoring for hypertension management and medication titration. A guest mode allows occasional measurements from additional users without overwriting either stored user profile. The automatic average of the last three readings is calculated and displayed after each session, and a 7-day AM/PM averaging function generates a morning and evening blood pressure profile over the preceding week — a clinically useful dataset for identifying white-coat effect and circadian blood pressure variation.
