Fully Automatic Operation with Pre-Heating and Auto-Drying
The SA-300H is a fully automatic table top autoclave designed for laboratory, clinic, and hospital sterilization. The pre-heating program uses a dry heater to maintain chamber temperature balance, ensuring optimal sterilization conditions and excellent dry function from the start of each cycle. Once sterilization is complete, the automatic drying function activates immediately, with preset drying time adjustable up to 15 minutes. An auto-fill water system ensures the chamber is always supplied with distilled water without manual intervention.
40-Litre Capacity for High-Volume Sterilization
The SA-300H’s 300mm ? 570mm chamber accommodates a 40-litre load ? substantially larger than standard tabletop units ? making it appropriate for busy clinical or laboratory environments processing high volumes of wrapped instruments, unwrapped equipment, and liquid media. Wrapped and unwrapped loads are processed at 121?132?C at 1 kg/cm?, while liquids are processed at 121?C at 1.2 kg/cm?. The unit produces visible sterilization completion indicators for operator confirmation.
Ten Integrated Safety Devices for Safe Operation
The SA-300H is ISO and CE certified and equipped with 10 safety systems: temperature control switch, pressure door auto-lock device, emergency key (cuts power and exhausts pressure), chamber pressure gauge, pressure and steam pressure safety valve, door close indication, low water alarm and indication, over-heat protector, electronic circuit safety system, low water indicator and shutout device, and sterilization completion indicator. Standard accessories include a sterilization box and heater cover.
